Not compensated properly for guild marks

Hi,

When getting refunded for guild marks for some of the exchanges I would receive a certain amount but then only be able to exchange far fewer.

For example, I was refunded 71,000 Carpenter marks, but I only received compensation for 38,000 of them.

I also noticed this with Botany, where I received 48,000 [I think] but was only able to exchange 6,000 worth.

The exchange is believed to have worked properly for:
Conjurer's guild
Lancer's guild

The exchange was unknown on:
archer's guild

The exchange did not result in the correct amount for:
Carpenter's guild [did turn in marks]
Botanist guild [I didn't turn the marks in]
Alchemy guild [did not turn in marks]

1. Talk to NPC
2.Ask to be reimbursed for guildmarks
3. Talk to NPC again to exchange marks for gil, but only a portion of the marks will be exchangeable. If you exchange, then you have no marks remaining.
