Unable to login - new DX 11 errors

[Credorion]

I was attempting to perform the 50/60/70 dungeon roulette this morning and upon accepting the duty from the popup screen my game crashed immediately to desktop.

When I tried to log back into my character, I received the loading screen for the dungeon and upon completion of loading my game once again crashed immediately to desktop.

This crash occured 2x more times before I received the following error screen during one of the crashes.

This is the second major crash/error the game has had this week. My previous posts error still occurs constantly and I have already performed the normal troubleshooting steps requested:

Update FF14 (new / 1st time install on this laptop)

Credorion, were any updates or changes made to the PC? Does game crash happen on multiple characters? Please try doing a cleanboot. Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

-What you have tried to alleviate the issue
- System report ( go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.')

I have tried every trouble shooting step suggested in every DX11 thread on this forum.z
and the requested system report is already posted in the initial post of this thread.


FF14 is the only game that I have constant crashes / DC errors during.
Other MMOs (WoW, Neverwinter, etc.) dont have the same rate of issues as this game does. Other games that I have played this week on the same hardware have had no issues.


This specific set of crashes occurs while using duty roulette and stormblood dungeons are chosen. And due to the crash happening while in a zone transition/loading screen I cant even attempt to log in on a different computer to move locations (usually to outside of any of the cities so as to not have the DX11 errors associated with my other post) to resume playing on my main computer.

At this point i have spent HOURS since the launch of shadowbringers having to relaunch ff14 / log in / wait for world que / crash agian

Unfortunately, it's difficult to tell where this particular issue steams from as it can occur in a variety of places on your PC (either software or hardware-related). However, if you have tried all of the troubleshooting listed in other threads, then we may be looking at a potential hardware issue.
