    For the second /wait time I do 2 seconds, no need for 3 seconds. I've changed jobs a hundred times now with /wait 2 and its never failed/screwed up for me, works 100% of the time.

    for example:

    equip mh "Ifrit's Harpoon"
    /wait 2
    /job on
    /wait 2
    /equip head "Drachen Armet"
    /equip body "Drachen Mail"
    /equip legs "Drachen Breeches"
    /equip hands "Drachen Gauntlets"
    /equip feet "Drachen Greaves"
