    Unable to Add Crysta or purchase any items

    My subscription ended recently and I went to try to add crysta, but it didn't work. There was no page where you and input your card or paypal login. None of the payment options are working. It just goes straight to the error code: i2501 and saying that I'm unable to use the function. There is nothing wrong with my internet and I'm not in any other areas. I live in NA and my account is NA.

    i2501 is an error that is triggered by the system to protect the account. Unfortunately, this means it cannot be addressed on the technical support forums.
