    Physick is designed for low level dungeons. All job skills start from level 30, that have sub classes. If SCH would que into lvl 16 - 24 dungeons, they could not use physick anymore, if it would be the job skill.

    SMN should get a buff to their drain skills. Since they are the Disease/DoT mage this makes more sense than messing with Physick, though I do agree that SMN does get shafted with it. Turning it into a DoT heal would be better, IMO but yeah. SMN drain buffs 2019. \o/

    Oh please, everyone knows Scholar is just an Arcanist in sub-30 dungeons. Eos is the healer.

    People saying Drain, its current incarnation is the equivalent healing of a ~70 potency damage action when you factor in that it's not 1:1 health returned at Lv70, which may get even worse beyond Lv70 as it did in SB dropping from 100% to its present ratio. Drain is weaker sustained healing, which is not where the problem is, even if it can help in a very small number of scenarios.

    The weakness the job has is in its lack of emergency measures to recover or mitigate in a pinch, which any caster worth their salt having done early prog in savage can appreciate that survival difference, especially in intensive phases like Hello World.

    Before it's said, Super Potions by themselves are available to all jobs and by themselves are not adequate, not to mention can be on cooldown when infusions are being used to push for clears.

    We do not need sustained healing nor anything remotely close to Vercure. Please stop thinking that's the solution, or that it's about encroaching on the territory of other jobs. The last thing we need is homogeneity, but please also do not be closed minded to the differences and problems that do exist.

    Yeah I'm not really thinking a mobility spell but a self-heal or self-shield cooldown. I'd propose like a tether or something from your own pet that lets them take 50% of the damage you would have taken or something.

    Most of time eos is enough healing alone, but would be kinda weird if you would no have anything else as healer. You may still need physick, if tank pull multiple packs at once.

    @ Llugen

    Ok in this sense now i can see what some are saying, but SE would need to be very careful on potencies.

    And i also agree with Kurando, Smn is the most mobile out of all the casters

    If they decided to remove SMN off ACN then it would just start as a healer at level 1 and have eos right off the bat, and maybe some kind of aoe heal that becomes upgraded to succor at 35, if I were trying to fix it, anyway.
