change retainer model

first off; is there any way to do this without 1. losing all of your goods by releasing them 2. moving all items to your character/other retainer.

i'm almost max inventory on my character and both retainers so moving items is not an option, neither is losing them all!

if there is not a way to change model, i'd like for there to be one!

Both retainers? We can get two? I'm still kind of new to the game except for playing for a while at release.

edit: I went and got a second one. This is awesome. Thanks for letting me know even if that wasn't the goal of your post.
