"Winning Over the Wyrm" MSQ Incompletable

Steps:
1. On the quest "Winning Over the Wyrm", I was within the duty "Sohr Khai".
2. Having just completed the duty (I received items and commendations, so I assume that I have broken from party) I exit the instance and begin to enter the next cutscene.
3. Before the cutscene has a proper chance to load, the crash on Omega happens.
4. When I log back into the game once the crash is repaired, the mission "Use Duty Finder to enter Sohr Khai" remains unchecked in my quest log. However, Sohr Khai has the green tick within my list of available duties.
5. I try again a few hours later. I successfully complete Sohr Khai. No cutscene this time, as as far as the system is aware, I have viewed it already.
6. Looking at my quest log, "Use Duty Finder to enter Sohr Khai" is STILL unchecked. I realise that the mission is glitched or bugged.
7. I think to abandon the quest and re-acquire it, but MSQs cannot be abandoned. I am stuck on this MSQ.

I wouldn't have thought that would fix it, because I was in the Churning Mists upon logging back into the game. I wonder why it didn't happen then?
