Main block matches my Koolertron keypad, and the vertical 2x6 set to the right is on my G700s mouse.
Bar 3 covers the two middle rows on the keypad because of the space taken by WASD. Strafe is via side push on mouse wheel.

This is my usual layout:


The columns match up to my keybinds on my mouse (anything to help my poor brain), and then I have 3 toggle buttons on the side which will hide/show my class icons & chocobo skills.

I have a few of my commonly used skills keybound on a hotbar (sprint, flying mount roulette, number markings, etc) to try and help keep clutter down :X

I keep the same layout for all combat jobs. Similar skills to the same keybinds and all that.
The Hotbar next to the chat can be changed by pressing on the star. I have one for combat jobs, one for crafters/gatherers and one for battle stuff like markers and macros.
