    Wishing to purchase a house

    Hello, I'm looking to buy a small house either in Shirogane or the Mists. I'm willing to do about 6 mil for it but am also willing to negotiate prices on it as well. So if this interests, please tell me and we can figure this out!

    sadly you can't buy houses from someone else unless you buy their FC. There's a random timer set to empty plots (unless you have a house already) and no way to tell when the timer will expire

    I see, that'll be a bit annoying since I already have a FC I run. And I don't know if camping out waiting for the April wipe out since it doesn't confirm houses or anything
