Colourblind Quest markers on World Map

Hello, I am a colourblind player who finds it difficult to see the red quest marker on the world map as the background is a similar colour so it just blends in. I understand that there are colourblind options which allow you to change the strength of the red markers. However, these still are not useful for me as I still can't see them. Would it be possible to add a setting in the colourblind options to change the Quest marker to a different colour which will be seen more easily, for instance, a blue colour?

I am not color blind but i have impaired vision and i can not see those markers, please make changes for those of us with none perfect vision, whether is is color blindness or what ever it may be.

It can be so frustrating.
