    Allow purchase of partial Market Board stacks

    Could the market board please be updated so that partial stacks can be purchased? It's no fun looking for a single item and finding I can only buy 99 at a time.

    Thing is SE have really no control over the MB, it's all down to the seller on what they want to sell and at what quantity. I suppose if there was an option to request you purchase a certain number and the seller comes back to you with yay or nay then maybe, but the seller has to be online to negotiate that potentially could work.

    This was an option in 1.0 but it really wouldn’t work these days.
    People end up making lots of money with expensive single items instead of a cheap bulk option.
