I hope they go ahead and give us 1 primal for each of the 6 basic elements.
We have titan, ifrit, garuda, and leviathan covered atm.

Ramuh could be from sylph (though they dont wanna summon)

And Shiva could be from another coming beast tribe.

Of course in the future expansions there could be more as well

I just feel like if we stop at the current 4 it will feel like we're being held back.

Also there is the roaming odin, not sure how he'll tie into things.

If they go with the primal card idea, the free company should not be able to get a new card after sometime.

There are SO many issues here from what we know so far... who gets to hold the card? and who can summon him? I don't want to be in a company that only the leader can summon, I will create my own and that will lead to everyone else doing the same.

I like the concept of from everywhere you will know that Ifrit was summoned (red sky maybe?) that's awesome.

I know that we are jumping ahead of ourselves here, but how do you obtain a card? Is it a roaming version of the God? or is it that all members of the fight with Ifrit (for example) have to be from the same company, then maybe they will get the card as a drop?

Last question... Epic battle assure when two companies collide and each have a card... Ifrit vs Titan O.o and then another company jumps in with Shiva

We were able to convince Yoshida to give us more information about the free company summoned primals for you guys to help clear up some of your concerns that were brought up in this thread.

For those of you worried if all the primals can be collected and sold or traded for a large amount of gil, it will not be possible to do this.

There will also be a timer that starts once a free company obtains a primal, so if this expires before the primal is summoned, the free company will lose their power to summon them. This will prevent players from holding primals for a long time.

Free company leaders will get to decide if anyone in the company can summon them or if only the leader will have this power.

We also asked if Yoshida could give us any extra information about these primals and he let us know that it will be possible to summon primals for PvP.

They can easily make BST come from a class like MRD or ARC, and SMN come from CNJ or the new spellcaster that they're bringing on. They don't have to make them both be based off the same class.
