Can't Figure Out This 90002 Error

I get these 90002 disconnects at random; some days not at all, some days only once, and other days constantly. I've tried opening all my ports and playing with my firewall turned off, it seems to help for a little while and then goes back to disconnecting again. I'm also on an wired ethernet connection. Today has been especially bad, four disconnects over the course of one hour. This is very frustrating and I don't know what to do about it, any help would be appreciated.
