Apartment Tenant Rights!

Tenant Rights is already a system introduced for Private Housing. Honestly, can we please have this system put in for apartments?

My IRL spouse is a decorator, but I can't interact with any items she puts down (including the Crystal Tower Striker), nor can I bring in a few of my own or my own playlist, but neither of us need a full house nor an increased item limit.

It's a system that already exists in the game, can we just have it expanded to include apartments please?

I think the reason we have it for houses and not apartments is because every character can get an apartment while there are not enough houses to go around. I don't object to the idea but I also don't see SE doing it when players can buy their own apartment.

I would love this too. Just means more commissions for decorator's or if you have a decorator's in your FC, they can help make all the FC rooms look good. I'd also like of tenants in private estates (and owners) could have private rooms just like FC rooms. The mechanics are already there.
