NA/EU DC Duty Finder Technical Difficulties (Feb. 14)

Currently, the Duty Finder servers for the North American and European Data Centers are experiencing high server loads. We have confirmed that technical difficulties are causing the servers to take longer than usual to match players in the Duty Finder queue.

The issue is being investigated and addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

This is an update regarding the current status of the technical difficulties that are causing player matching times being longer than usual on the NA and EU data centers.

Currently, in addition to investigating the issue, the content servers are being reinforced as a provisional measure, and the speed at which matching takes places has improved somewhat. We are continuing to investigate and address the issue so that a recovery can be made.
