    Typo(?) in Blue Mage's Spell "The Dragon's Voice"

    Greetings!

    I think there may be a typo in the Blue Mage's Spell "The Dragon Voice". It states that it has a 10% chance of paralysis, but from my tests it seems that it always paralyses! So, I guess either the text is wrong, or the spell effect is wrong, or I'm insanely lucky and always land on that 10%.
