Portable Step Ladder (Inside ladder) more difficult to use

Area and coordinates: Any house, just require portable step ladder
Steps: As of 4.5, you can no longer jump on the steps easily, making it more difficult to properly use.

Strange, I was never able to jump on the steps, just on the very top of it. So I put something at half level so I can jump on that item, then jump to the top of the steps.
