    Stuttering In Instanced Content

I’ve been having stuttering problems in dungeons/trials/raids since the patch with Suzaku (something I never experienced before then.) It’s made it almost impossible to play the game, honestly. I downloaded the most recent patch and it worked like a damn dream on patch day--no stutter in sight. The day immediately after patch day and the stuttering is back full force.

I’ve tried checking everything on my end, from hardware and software to the internet. It seems like a problem on Square’s side by this point, honestly. Is anyone else having these issues or is it just me? :/

Yes - I started having this problem around the first of the year when I put in a new video card. Thought it was my problem.
Root cause turned out to be internet provider. I have my own equipment, but you have to register it with the ISP or you get the default speed of 10 Mbps. At 10 Mbps I get plenty of stutter. After a call to their support its all fixed - back to 90 Mbps - no problems.

Oof, looks like I might have to try calling, I guess. I'm not sure if that will be the problem in my case, considering it worked like a dream on patch day, and then went back to stuttering the day after, but I'll give it a try, at least. I'm starting to run low on things to try.

Edit: looking into it more and it definitely seems like it's on their end more than mine. It seems like a lot of people are having the same issues.

    How often/where does issue occur
Inside dungeons, raids, and trials. Everywhere else is fine and it worked fine on the first day of the most recent patch, before the stuttering returned the very next day.
    When did it start?
During the patch where Suzaku was implemented. It only stopped on the first day of the most recent patch before immediately happening again the day after.
    Things tried to resolve issue

    - Tried different graphic settings
    - Tried compatibility mode
    - Updated drivers
    - Reinstalled drivers
    - Not running anything at the same time
    - Complete reinstall of the game
    - New Hard-drive and reinstall of windows
    - Reinstalled the game again.
    - Checked net connections
    - Reset modem

I know my ram isn't the best at the moment, but I have never had a problem with this game before that patch and changing the graphics does nothing.
