    SDS Fenrir mount delivery preventing server transfer

    The mount won't show up in my mailbox and when I try to transfer any of these characters it prevents me saying:

    The selected character has a name change pending and/or has purchased optional items that have yet to be claimed.

    edit: Issue resolved. The mount just took longer than everything else to deliver.
