Just a note. Some UK people have been receiving their merch today with NO shipping confirmation send by SE or DPD. If you are curious you can find your local DPD depo on google and they can search with your name and address and let you know if you have a package being delivered today or not.
It was really lucky I was in to collect my package this morning, it's just not very great not getting shipping emails.

I never got the email with the pre-order code for the merchandise and therefore also never received the item code for the motorcycle! I request help.

You should've received the code for the mount in November last year. If you didn't receive the code at all, please contact our support centre.
