Many settings/data/info not saved when logging out and back in

Date & Time: Always, has been happening all day every day for a couple weeks.

Frequency: All the time.

World name: Balmung

Character name: Mikha Sunthistle, Mikhael Lirus, and all my alts.

Retainer name: All of my retainers across my alts.

NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: N/A
Party or solo: N/A
In-game time: All times
Area and coordinates: All zones
Housing: All housing areas

Steps:
1. Do one of the following things:
-Change the position of something on your hot bar.
-Change your gear and save the gear set.
-Send your retainers out on a quick venture.
(Edit: This isn't a complete list. It's many things, including things like changing anything in your HUD and your chocobo's stance.)
2. Log out.
3. Log back in. If you changed something on your hot bar, the button will not be in the new position. If you changed something in your gearset, the change will not be saved -- the old item will still be in your gearset. In the case of the venture, all ventures will show as "completed" even if only a couple seconds passed.

Adding someone to your friends list or your blacklist DOES stay when you switch.
