Random crashes during gameplay

Hello I experience random crashes with my game client that seem to pertain to directx 11

I have all the latest drivers and am on windows 10, I don't use any kind of mod or overlay, this is really infuriating because the crashes can happen randomly even during important fights and I can't play with the constant fear of crashes.

When did this first start happening? Do you recall anything on your PC changing/updating that coincides with this? The most recent error message looks like a graphics driver crash. Does this occur if you use DirectX 9 Mode?

You may also want to try a clean reinstall of your graphics drivers (this should be an option when installing them).

Additionally, you can try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

This has endured ever since I started playing the game, no changes have been made to my computer, I tried to uninstall the whole game and all drivers and reinstall everything and now I get a generic directx fatal error on crash, I will try to clean boot next.

Thank you, I followed your instructions and in the following days the game seems to have stopped crashing, it seems the problem has been solved with the clean boot method, although I do wonder which of these processes may have been responsible for the conflict.
