    Casting Foul?

    Recently went back to BLM for PVP and am not sure how to cast Foul; it says it can only be cast while Polyglot is active, but not when under Astral Fire or Umbral Ice. How do you activate Polyglot and *not* have one of those statuses active?

    Thanks in advance (and sorry for such a basic question)!

    Once your Enochian timer is full and dings you can either let AF/UI wear off or you can cast Convert.

    Welcome. Once you have Foul available (you'll see the icon flashing) you have it until you use it or die, with no time limit.
