380 Scholar LF thurs/fri o9s-o12s FC - new player from WoW

Hello FC's or statics

I'm a 380 Scholar named Bell Ains on Diabolos.
I'm pushing Alphascape v1-4 savage with pug's. I've cleared o9-10s and starting to review o11s fight mechanics.. I'm looking for a thurs/fri FC or static to run with. I'll sit down for 8 hrs straight to effectively prog. My goal is completion. Come January those days off will change to every Mon/Tue. However, this is my current schedule. My in-game playtime is all of 4 days and this is my absolute first time playing FFXIV, I come from WoW. I know this content is on its way out the door in the FFXIV universe, but as far as I know this is the latest and greatest the game has. I'd like to try and clear it, from my understanding, this is on par with WoWs current Mythic Uldir raid. I see this as a challenge and I want to play as competitively as possible with folks who are stern about playing well, but without the elitist belittling and screaming.
