You have no idea what a Quality of Life improvement this is for us on console.

This really helps with endgame gathering.

I'm a PC player but I still have a hard time keeping track of time because I'm easily distracted. This feature has done wonders for my fishing log

I feel a bit ashamed that I use it to let me know when it's time to grab my frozen lasagna out of the oven.

I think the internal alarm is a great feature, but it doesn't help players like me who have already grown accustomed to letting food burn while watching the Eorzean clock.
