luminary DoH animations are wrong.

Luminary tools for crafting are worn on the player's back, but the animation makes it look like this:

1. Player completes synthesis
2. Player places tool on left hip
3. Tool graphically jumps (magically) to player's back

When was this issue going to be fixed? With all 6 of the DoL MH/OH tools being grabbed from the back, it seems to me that fixing the animation ought to be rather simple.
