Inactivity Master Linkshell Holders after the migration

I have a question for the developers about Master Linkshell Holders who have remained inactive for a long period of time. I know someone who remained inactive for more than a year. I believe he quit the game and had not passed the linkshell holder status to who was active in the LS roster. Would the inactive Linkshell holders retain LS ownership upon the day of migration happens? Also, is there any way to retain the names of formal linkshell names? I'm sure there are players out there who would like to reuse those names for current or future linkshells.

make a new LS and invite everyone.

that would just be plain wrong what if you were the leader took a month off then come back and see someone else running your LS and they booted you.
