TBH it's needed an opening for a long time. Not saying it was like completely empty but I got to thinking about how they say it's full but we hadn't really seen any kind of queue outside of patch days for a couple hours. I'm not saying I want a queue of hundreds of people at any given time but when you're not even seeing one for single digits ever is it really full? Also I know that Alts and the like take up some space but since only one character can be played at a time can it really have that much impact?

Hoping it'll be kept open at least until Friday. I've been waiting on transfers to be possible so I could move a couple of my old mains over from Ultros, but the short notice on the quarantine dropping has got me scrambling and I won't be able to get money settled for it until Thursday. x.x sigh

I know why they didn't do prior warning, but still - would have been nice. ;_;

It's a major patch day, so i'm not surprised the automated service has shut us down. The fact there's no queue is a good sign tbh.

Incredibly happy it's open. We managed to finally get our group of friends together in the same world and are having a great time.

I'll give it a week though. It was already closed for char creation at 7 am PST.

I tried to create a character to get in Balmung to see it 1st hand, but not available anymore. I ain't paying for transfer, so guess I can only imagine the craziness that goes on in that insane asylum of a server.
