Game audio crashes and completely cuts randomly, has happened for a few years but always assumed it was just a bad system or install. Now years later on 2 new machines still experiencing the same audio crashes, on two different motherboards / systems.
I am a trained IT professional so I thought it more efficient to try fix it or troubleshoot myself, but as there are no specific logs generated by audio crashes that do not crash the game, this is my last resort.

Specs:

System 2 (New Desktop): Gigabyte AB350M HD3 Motherboard, AMD Ryzen, 32GB DDR4 ram, 256GB SSD (Samsung), 2TB Barracuda, Gigabyte 1060 GTX 6GB GPU. Windows 10 x64 Pro.
System 3 (New Laptop): Alienware 17 R4, Realtek Drivers, Windows 10 x64 Core
I have tried:
1. Temperature monitoring.
2. Refreshing windows.
3. Reinstalling drivers.
4. Reinstalling FFXIV.
5. Disabling and/or uninstalling unnecessary programs and drivers.
6. Unplugging unnecessary devices.
7. Changing Power saver functions in Device Manager.
8. Using a dedicated soundcard (Both PCI and my USB sound interface)
9. Downgrading to windows 8.
10. Switching between DX9 and DX11.
I am at my whit's end. It only occurs on FFXIV, not even other Square Enix games suffer this problem on any of my systems. It does not occur on audio intensive applications either. (Eg: DaW)
I found a post regarding the same issue but it was moved to insufficient info, so I would like to offer information if requested. I can offer logs or generate memory dumps of the process if required.
