    FanFest 2019 Pre-Sale E-mail Issue

    Hi,

    I'm having an issue wherein I have not received an e-mail regarding the pre-sale whereas the other people in my FC have all received theirs. My account sub has been active pretty much always since I began the game. So, there shouldn't be any reason why I haven't received it. I have checked spam/junk folders and deleted items, but it just does not exist. What can I do to ensure that I get the chance to buy tickets on presale?
