Maduin/Madeen

Just gonna separate these here, XD:

Maduin - (male demonic summon)
Madeen - (female lion summon)

The confusion is understandable as in Japanese the kana look almost identical, and the pronunciation is very similar as well; not to mention they seem to share similar name inspiration based on the wiki. But, Maduin in kana is マディン (Madin), whereas Madeen in kana is マディーン (Madiin). It's similar to the whole Titan issue way back when. They were never the same summon, but the confusion is understandable.

But both would be cool.

Does anyone think that Seiryu and Kouryu could be lumped into the same fight, since there's only 1 major patch after 4.4 (unless they do Kouryu in 4.55)? Seems a bit pointless to have 2 dragon trials 1 after the other. Possibly Kouryu could weaken enough of the wards to possess Seiryu.

I could see it just being a solo duty follow-up to the Seiryu trial where you help the four auspices to contain it.

Or the opposite - seiryu as a solo duty and kouryu as the big bad trial you need a team for.

Also, considering we fought Genbu as a dungeon end boss, it wouldn't be unthinkable that Seiryu could also be the end boss for whatever ends up being the 4.5 dungeon, and that Koryu will have the trial.

I'd like to see the same demon wall fight from ff12 in ff14. 2 demon walls coming closer and closer and if they get too close to you, you're just smush.

Brothers would have been an awesome Primal battle, given their antics in FF8. Too bad they were relegated to an NM inside of Pagos.
