    This GM is exemplary in their courtesies and professionalism. I have had less than ideal interactions with GMs in other games but my interactions here with this GM have about made me forget about all the ones that give GMs bad names. Kudos to you! Thank you again!

    I agree 100%. They show uncommon amounts of compassion every time I've heard from a friend who got them as a GM to their ticket. Please let them know the people of FFXIV support them!
