    New MH for Bards

    Would love dyeable, small, non-garish looking crossbows for Bards. These huge ugly bows are tiresome. Tired of hiding them.

    Depending on the type of crossbow it could be one or two handed, but saying that, if BRD gets this kind of treatment it would be great for MCH to get it too. Some kind of two handed Tommy Gun... ok maybe not quite so noir but seeing how they hold a flamethrower it's not Impossible

    How they handle in the game wouldn't really matter as it's not real life, otherwise BRD would have to handle arrow ammunition just like in the older FF games. If you had no arrows then your bow was useless, so I think FFXIV can make crossbows work if they want

    I think we'd be more likely to see crossbows on MCH before we see crossbows on BRD. MCH already uses animations that would be suitable for crossbows. BRD would need a whole new set of animations, and is likely why we'll never see this.
