More Gardening Pots for Apartments

Hello all, so I'm sure this question has been asked before but I'll revive it with my own. When would we be allowed to have more than 2 gardening pots for our apartments? It just feels lame that with houses you have the garden itself and pots inside the house, but for apartments you only have access to 2 pots so you don't have a lot of options if you want to do some gardening.


One suggestion I have is to increase the number of Gardening pots (or flower pots w/e they are called) from 2 to 4 at least. Or 2 to 6. One of those would suffice. I appreciate that we have apartments now, especially for those who can't afford houses, but the gardening options for apartments suck hard and I think a small increase of pots in apartments is not out of the question.
