僕はレイドも極も行きませんので、現状レイド（シグマ零式と絶アルテマ）で手に入る装備のILがいくつかはわかりません。多分ですが、武器盾以外はシグマ零式、武器は絶アルテマが今の最強だと思います。

I have not played for raids like Ultimate or Extreme, but I believe the best equipments are from those contents.
Arms and shields from Ultimate (The Ultima weapon), other parts of body from Omega (Sigmascape Savage). Look for eorzea database and check it out.

I mean if i wanna get best gears in this patch, then 'best gears' means BIS gears or the highest level gears(ilv370)?
i have 3-tanks all ilv370, but my friend said this is NOT best gears, BIS is the best gears...

***BIS means 'best in slot', for patch4.3 is ilv363

基本的にはアイテムレベル(ILV)が高い装備が最強です。(ILV370)

ですが。タンク3ジョブだけは、より多く攻撃力に変換できるBISアクセサリー装備(ILV350+マテリア禁断)が好まれます。

Basically, equipment with a high item level (ILV) is the strongest.(ILV370)

but. Only Tank 3 jobs prefer BIS accessory equipment(ILV350+Excessive remodeling by materia)that can convert to attack power more.

HPを重視する人もいます。

初心者のタンクさんということでよろしいでしょうか。
「最強」であるのでしたら上記の皆様がおっしゃっていた通りなのですが、
まだ初めたばかりの方でしたら、零式や絶、新式フル禁断は難しいと思うので
アラガントームストーン：虚構で交換できる装備→強化を目指してみると良いと思います。

…と伝えたいのですが英語まったく分からないので伝わることを祈ります…
