    Have you contacted your ISP to see if they can forward the ports for you? That is my next suggestion at this point. Please keep us posted.

    I have tried to contact them several times by e-mail but they have been ignoring my messages. I'm going to try to contact them by phone but it's a bit of a crapshoot since a lot of their staff only speak Polish.

    Edit: I have contacted them and they said I needed to apply for a public IP address and that they would take care of the port forwarding on their side. It'll take a few days for them to process the request though. We'll see if this changes anything.
