    Sounds interesting, but I doubt I’d want to experience something like this through DF if it was a required mechanic of the dungeon. Can you imagine playing this as a new player to the instance with a party that wants a speed run? Maybe if it leads to a secret part of the map where you can find extra rewards but that is skippable, it might work.

    I despise any type of jump puzzle for online mmo. First off its very hard me to do most types of jumps with having bad hands. Jump puzzle's should only be for fun challenge and nothing else. They should not lock anything behind them.

    How about a trap dungeon?
    As in the whole thing is one big trap.

    Bottomless pits you can fall into...mobs with knockback trying to push you into said pits.
    Plenty of environmental hazards you can step in, like Aurum Vale cranked up to 11.
    The walls are closing in! Figure out how to open the door before you go squish.
    Schmuck bait, lots of it.
    Such as an interactable ominous statue...there is an X-Death style black hole hiding in the statues mouth that ganks you if you fall for the bait.

    I would not mind a jumping section, insta-death pitfalls and all, if XIV was actually designed with the activity in mind. Kugane Tower proved that it wasn't. They would have to make the jumps very easy/forgiving and negate most of the challenge if they expected the majority of people to complete it.

    Not necessarily puzzles but I'd like to see arenas and dungeons be a bit more e dimensional in general. If you go into avoid you might notice if you jump over the puddles you still get the rebuff for example. Bit weird.

    Or some 3d mechanics. Many arenas have rocks and stuff that drop when players have to hide behind them. Why not a mechanic that requires you to be on top of them in stead. Maybe the floor gets flooded and struck with lightning or something. Just one example.

    Mate, "Race to the Finish" turn was the best one.
    Nothing was more fun then intentionally changing it on someone at the last moment.

    It was easily the best turn.
    Sure there were no rewards, but it was fun nonetheless.
