Steps:
1. Join a Lighthouse raid as tank
2. Ask nicely for people to not roll for stuff that isnt for their current class because you've gone to lighthouse 6 times already this week and havent seen any tank gear drop yet
3. Scratch head as one dps in group rolls on tank pants after downing last boss and bails before you can yell at him.

It's too bad they're reverting it. I've seen more tanks leave or fake a disconnect after needing an item than any other class. Not everybody needs gear for the class they're on, but they still contribute to the raid, so I don't see the problem with being able to grab some gear to up my DPSers ilvl while on a healer.

Now that they are bringing back Need, people are going to queue on their lesser geared classes to have a chance at gear, which means even more DF Lighthouse frustration.
