Specific Character Stuck in a 90002 Error Loop

Party or solo: Was in a party in the Instanced Dungeon 'The Vault', but am unaware if the others were disconnected/have a similar issue

Area and coordinates: The Vault (Instanced Dungeon)

Steps:

1. I qued up for the Daily Leveling Roulette on my character Vir Stannum
2. The server sent out a message stating they were going to reset the instance ques, but shortly after that message my que popped and I began to load into the dungeon
3. I loaded into the dungeon, but was almost immediatley logged out of the game by a 90002 error screen
4. Since then my character has shown on the login screen as still in the Vault, and I have been unable to log back in on him, constantly greeted with the 90002 error instead
