Thread: game crashing

    game crashing

    i was playing the game fine on monday for 6 hrs straight (0300 to 0900 GMT) then when i came back from work start playing it on tuesday morning (0200 GMT)i keep getting instant crash every 3min or so ? with no pop up , then at somepoint it pop up

    at first and i was in a dungeon , then i updated the nvida driver and stable for about 15min or so then got this crash

    also i have no idea why the time and date of those crash are in march

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)

    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)

    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)

    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    - Platform (PC)

    - Other programs running while the game is playing (chrome , steam , discord, corsair CUE ,sound blaster z series control panel )

    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue ( as of now updated the Nvidia software to 397.31 , disabled the in game overlay from nvida )

    alson Thank you for your response.

    Please try these suggestions:

    - Switch to DirectX 9 mode (select ‘Config’ from the launcher)

    - Update/reinstall Graphics card drivers

    - Perform a clean boot*

    - Set compatibility mode to Windows 7/8**

    - Make sure that any anti-virus software they have has the appropriate exceptions

    - Install game on C drive (The same drive as the Operating System)

    i switch to DX9 , played almost 7hrs didnt crash.
