Steps:
1. Knock Back attacks from Typhon would one hit K.O anyone that falls out of arena
2. Instant kill from out of arena knock back, instead of normal stun and ability to jump back into arena
3. Bubble phase did not occur, although players did get turned into imps

If everyone gets knocked out of the arena at the same time, it counts as a wipe because the "Down for the Count" debuff flags you as defeated for the duration it is active.

It's not just everybody being down for the count at the same time.

It's any individual being knocked out of the ring is OHKO'd and unable to be raised.

And there was definitely no bubbles being shot out from Ultros thus no stacks of wet plate to imp punch into Typhon.

My group just had the same issue, but I noticed something else to make it worse; anyone outside the arena was also out of range for targeting, meaning they could not be rezzed.

I double checked the patch notes and there is nothing about this fight being adjusted. I am thinking this is a reversion to the way the fight was originally. Not really sure why it would be suddenly changed it was a very shocking trial roulette surprise. The one hit ko from being knocked out of the arena would still not have been that bad if it was not for the fact that people who got knocked off also can not be resurrected.
