All Greed on Alliance loot

I ran Ridorana lighthouse as a tank and the entire raid only a mix between Nin, Brd and Sam gear dropped. After the very last boss some tank gloves drop and a BLM walks away with it. A hour and a half just for gear to go to someone who doesn't even have a lvl70 tank.

Personally I feel that if you want to gear your class then go do the raid on that class and earn your gear. Horrible changes and I won't be running it as a tank anymore. Time to queue as dps and loot all the tank gear.

The question for E3 is nearing 100 likes, so even though they have yet to undo this mess we better get a response there. If they decide not to answering it despite it drowning all other questions for amounts of likes it will show a massive disconnect between them and their playerbase.

At least we should get some sort of token that we can trade for specific item

This is why a token system would be much better. If you don't get an item, you can at least get something later.

Exactly this. So many games have a better loot system, Tera included.
A new loot system is very much needed (has been for sometime) and this game would be great again depending how it would be implemented

To be honest, this isn't a new thing, they have done this horrible "greed only" thing before with the Diadem. Everyone hated it then, and everyone hates it now. (except the very few that do like it I guess). Why they brought it back after backlash they got the first time, I have no idea. They have not learned from their past mistakes.

Sadly that's SE in a nutshell. See: single scenario servers in SB. Same thing happened in HW. They love creating "fixes" to problems that don't exist.

Also, if the Japanese player base want this then fine implement it on Japanese Servers. The NA players do NOT like this change.

After careful consideration, we have decided to revert those changes and bring back the Need option. This will take effect from the next hotfix and includes all alliance raids.
