Discussion for: Rienheart Translations thread

I am forming this in response to complaints about people having small discussions within Reinhearts translation thread (JP to NA).

While most will make threads of their own to discuss larger subjects alot of small non-topic worthy subjects tend to pop up in translation so as to avoid people being misguided into thinking new posts = new translations I propose we have our smaller discussions in a seperate thread and condensed so we can still follow the smaller translations without disrupting the purpose of the thread.

Here is the format.

Let's say Reinheart translates something you wish to comment on (Big small comment whatever)

Your post can be formated like this so people can quickly jump to the post in question, and be able to come back and discuss it here.

Example.

Using the blue button on the quote will allow you to jump to this specific post (The OP of his thread in this case) just incase the quote missed something as tends to happen with multiple quotes.

This allows people to have more formal discussion without being bemoaned by the players who would rather break your fingers then have you post in the translation thread.

Feel free to use this or not, far be it from me to tell someone not to post wherever they feel (Heck I've posted in the translation thread often as well) But if this takes off I'm sure I'll base all my discussion here instead of the translation thread.

I think he's trying to make a point that we get excited when we see that Reinhart's (by the way OP, you mispelled his name) posted a new translation, just to find that someone's just said "OMG THIS IS SOOO COOL" in that thread. Sorry to say, that's not going to change. And seriously, I think it would be a lot classier if Reinheart made this thread, not some random person.

And for future reference, if you ever decide to dedicate a thread to someone else, please double-check their name. ^^

Damn knew I got it wrong...Anyways people are free to use it or not, if it falls to the wayside it does.

I was just tired of seeing people complain about others posting in the thread, I personally don't have a big issue with it.

Thank you for starting this thread, I generally think its a good idea (generally because ha we'll still argue). The only thing is do we keep up with what reinhearts talking about, or let popularity dictate conversation, I think the latter is the nature of this type of thread.

Info from 2ch forums so don't know how accurate the info is; it only mentions this and nothing else at the moment so don't ask me for more info since I don't have the magazine article with me I can't do anything about it....
