HELP: Global Undefined Error Script on Launcher

Hiya! I'm having some trouble with my launcher. Each time I launch it, I get the error:

    "Line: 20

    Char: 2

    Error: 'Global' is undefined

    Code: 0

    URL: http://frontier.ffxiv.com/version_4_...=2018-04-08-15

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

    Yes/No"

It's not the firewall, because I went back in and made sure FFXIV was allowed through. I tried changing my B4EulaAgreement line to 1 instead of 0 with no change. The other forum post I saw with the same issue says to "Clear IE History" but I have no clue what this means. Any help here?

EDIT: When I open the launcher, it's blank. There's nothing but a dropdown box in the bottom left, so I can't really do anything in the launcher at all.

The launcher is basically using Internet Explorer. So even if that's not the normal browser you use, open up Internet Explorer, then in the option delete the browsing history, specifically "Temporary Internet files and website files".

After doing that, close IE and relaunch the game. It'll probably work again

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Worldofneil is correct. Make sure to adjust the following settings in Internet Explorer (even if you don't use that web browser).

open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
