Apartment Lost?

I've recently returned to Eorzea after about 13 months away. I remember buying an apartment and furnishing it. However it is no where to be found. Even under the housing menu nothing appears.

Do you have to visit a specific ward to find my apartment? Cause I don't remember which one it is in

Yeah, but there's still an option to teleport to the apartment entrance in the correct ward. I didn't think that they could "demolish" an apartment. This sounds like a bug. If it isn't, something changed and people weren't made aware. There's also the possibility that the OP isn't looking in the right place.

You should be able to teleport to the ward that your apartment is in from the menu, will be in the same category as Mor Dhona. Then just enter your apartment from the building entrance.

Are you sure you bought an apartment and not a free company room? If you purchased a free company room and you were dismissed or the house was demolished you would no longer have access.

Petition a GM to check records if at all possible...you sure its not an FC room?

Yep 100% sure it was not an FC room. Bought an apartment in the sultana's breath.

Contacted the GM, they said they've found no records of it. I must of been imagining things... I did change my name before playing again, I wonder if that might of been why I lost my apartment.
Oh well... guess I've gotta live with it.

Changing your name likely did it. Dwellings are tied to character name not account as far as access is concerned.

Did not know that....this includes housing as well?
