Disconnection ever 15 or 20min, after maintenance.

Main Issue: Constantly getting phases of lagged latency that comes and go. One moment other players around me are skipping around with their movement patterns. Then the next everything is fine. AND THEN it returns to repeat the whole process all over again.

Panama and the freaking Vatican City.

Towards the end of the trace, you can see the ms ratings are too high. Does this mean I am on the wrong data center for my location of East Coast USA? Primal made sense up until now which I am starting to question.

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I'm having the same issue as well. They started more than a month ago, it was getting very, very frustrating, but then it got fixed and it was perfect for a week or so and now it's back even worse.

I usually get the DCs or lag where everything seems frozen, except I can sometimes see everything that's going on, but my skills won't activate. Weirdly enough I can still type and read what others write, so I always write "I'm lagging" so they know to refrain from doing stuff since I'm usually the healer or tank.
This happens between 30~40m when playing the world content, and 15~20m when doing duties/instances, especially raids where I will ALWAYS get disconnected. Maybe because there's a lot more players and more traffic.
Sometimes I even get DCed simply by standing still, like I just did after a 20m queue as low level DpS.

I'm getting terribly frustrated, I thought it was going away, I already made a topic about this once too and I'm trying... I'm a relative new player (around 3 months) and I'm really enjoying the game but I'm almost canceling my sub and giving up playing because the frustration is starting to take over the fun.
Imagine failing duties/story instances because you get lag and/or DC, like when I did fighting Zenos once. Or you get DCed in a long cutscene/duty and have to retry everything again, like when I got DCed in the last fight of the Paladin's tournament quest. Or when your party wipes/dies because you DCed and this happens every 15~20min.
From my ignorant experience with this, I'd say one of the data nodes between me and the game's server are throttling data because it happens more frequently during alliance raids, I even had times where this happened every 10 minutes.

I'm playing on PC.
Error is the regular disconnect one: Error 90002.
Wired connection.
A bunch of other programs, but generally only the browser (Opera).
Frequency is 10 min on bad times, 40 min on good times. It's always on, never fails to happen.
I'm booted to the Start Screen, when I try to relog I get a message saying my character is still on and it's being logged out. I have to wait a few seconds and click again.
This happens everywhere in the game. Except the chat still works.
I tried using a VPN, it got worse. Did all the traceroute and the previous time I could check which data nodes were at fault. This time, the lag is a lot quicker, it seems I just get dropped or lose connection for a few seconds not enough for the traceroute to catch the problematic node unless I keep spamming it and hope I get it right during the disconnect.
