Can confirm that it is a guaranteed drop. Meanwhile, the other two continue to not exist—I have Calofisteri but I don’t have Scathach, and even when Dun Scaith was the most recent raid, I rarely ever saw her drop.

Scathach dropped last night in my DS run. I rolled a 6, wootz! :|

C'mon dammit. Puff of Darkness needs a partner in crime! I finally got Echidna though, but something tells me that the other 23 players already have it. I seriously have the worst luck with dungeon minions.

I'm wondering when they will put the minions in each alliance chest instead of all 24 rolling on it. The ARR ones are alliance chest and the SB 24-man raid storyline is in its second installment while HW raids are still a battle royale over one minion.

Just to clarify, Construct 8 is a raid-wide roll; all 24 people roll on it. It’s not per alliance. And last I checked, both Onion Knight and Puff of Darkness are as well unless they changed those.

Because mobile sucks with no edit post, this is in 3.1 patch notes: [2.0] The following items will now appear in the treasure chest of each party in an alliance when undertaking Syrcus Tower or the World of Darkness:
Wind-up Onion Knight / Puff of Darkness

So yes, they're overdue on The Shadow of Mhach minions being individual party chest only.

Didn't mean to upset you. O.o Your post made it sound like they dropped per alliance, but I know Construct 8 does not having recently won a roll against 23 others. My apologies.

Weeping City and Dun Scaith are well-overdue to have them drop 100% of the time, period. VA's Echinda has been that way since late Heavensward so it makes zero sense that the others do not. And I don't know the developer's reasonings for leaving them unchanged.

Yeah they're definitely not 100%, but I've seen them drop a lot to be considered often enough. Didn't they already boost the drop rate once or am I thinking of something else?
