Expansion of the Performance Action hud

of course I edited out the keybinds but lets assume its bound to keys

Is there any way currently implemented to make this happen, or a workaround using macros/edit config files? Having to use a modifier each and everytime I land an octave higher or lower makes the whole process of performance more difficult than it should be, basically nullifying the handful of songs I learned before the implementation of the hud.
If there is no current way to personalise this (and there probably isnt), could this be considered for a future patch? I know its not really important or pressing matters but it'll be nice for it to happen.
