    Lost level in Eureka...

    Date & Time: 17/3/2018 3.21am (PST)
    Frequency: Once
    World name: Tonberry
    Character name: Chelois San
    Class/Level: Eureka 15 > Eureka 13
    Party or solo: Both
    Area and coordinates: Eureka

    Steps:
    1. Leveled to 15 yesterday.
    2. Go back to Eureka today and level dropped to 13.
    3. Re-entered the game but still lvl 13.
    *Add more steps if necessary
