Crafting Log UI bug

■Description:
Crafting log UI reverts to Favorites tab if the last item is removed from favorites, and the user tries to interact with the scrollbar in another tab. Steps to reproduce below, this happens 100% of the time.

■Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Crafting Log (any class)
2. Click the Favorites tab
3. Remove all items from Favorites by right-clicking the items and selecting "Remove from Favorites
4. Switch to another tab, such as 1-5, Master Recipes or Dyes
5. Attempt to interact with the recipe list scroll bar by clicking the left mouse button, the UI will immediately revert back to the Favorites tab

* This will continue to happen even if the Crafting Log UI is reopened
* Repopulating the Favorites list with at least one item will rectify this behavior, but the bug comes back if the Favorites list is once again emptied
